Growing up my plan had always been to join the Army as soon as I finished 6th form. Not something that was typical for a Gay youth growing up, but something I had always wanted to do. A motor bike accident on holiday with friends just after 6th from led to a forced change of plans. I started my working career in mobile phones and then real estate, but my passion had always been technology.

Breaking into the tech industry without a degree was pretty much impossible at the time so while working, I enrolled in the Open University and completed a Law degree, which opened up new doors for me in the tech industry.

Over the past ten years, I have established a successful career in technology, and I am currently a Director at a financial technology company based in central London.

As someone who has faced their fair share of obstacles, I am deeply passionate about the work that Mosaic does in helping young LGBT+ people overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential. I believe that having access to a resource like Mosaic would have been invaluable to me throughout my own journey, so have joined the Trustees to help them with this important work.

 

With my experience in the technology space, I hope to bring a unique perspective and contribute to Mosaic's continued success. On a personal level, I am an avid rugby fan and enjoy spending my free time gaming. I currently live in East London with my fiancé and our beloved rescue French Bulldog, Roxy.
