Hi, I'm Elliot!

I've always worked with young adults who have or continue to face barriers to access - whether that's creative development, educational opportunities, or pastoral support. I’m all about giving agency and opportunity to the next generation and I'm excited to bring that knowledge and passion to Mosaic. 

 

In my current role, I co-ordinate community projects within theatre. I particularly love work around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion  and spend my time developing new participatory programmes, partnerships and creative learning activities to support progression for all young people to flourish within the creative industries and beyond. Alongside my work, I love playing football, cycling and other physical activities that bring me endorphins - I've found so much joy within sports/exercise spaces that celebrate the LGBT+ community and not sure where I’d be without it.   

 

As a trustee, I can't wait to further support the wonderful work Mosaic is doing to support LGBT+ young persons to grow up as themselves, wish I’d known about it when I was younger!
