I started with Mosaic as an intern as part of the kickstart scheme back in the pandemic and was delighted to re-join the team in 2023! As a queer, trans and non-binary person who has worked across a number of roles in the third sector, it is such a joy to be able to contribute my skills and creativity to a role that supports LGBT+ young persons.

 

Seeing the impact that Mosaic has for LGBT+ young persons is incredibly inspiring and I am honoured to be able to help make the spaces I was so lacking when I was younger.
