I started with Mosaic as in intern in 2020, after which I stayed on as a volunteer during the pandemic. Then in January 2023, I was able to move from Belgium to London to join the team full time.

In previous work, I noted a lack of focus on the wellbeing of LGBT+ young persons, and found myself spending my free time in setting up support systems. To now be a part of an organisation that does exactly that and to be able to do it full time, fills my heart with pride and joy daily.

The work Mosaic does is so important and would have been life changing if I had had something similar growing up, but being able to now be a role model to the young persons we work with, is endlessly inspiring.
