Business Development Manager

I joined Mosaic in August 2025 as the Business Development Manager and Programme Lead for the Mosaic Works Programme, working to partner LGBT+ career mentors with our young adults. Originally from Metro Detroit, Michigan, I am a double major in International Business and Psychology at the University of Michigan-Flint. I also have a background in entrepreneurship, having co-founded two LGBT+ organisations here in London. 

When I was a young adult, I didn’t have many resources or support systems available to me and had to navigate much of my journey on my own. That experience has fueled my passion for ensuring LGBT+ young people have access to meaningful opportunities, mentorship, and skills that will help them build brighter futures and explore their passions. To be part of this amazing team and be able to do this work is incredibly rewarding.
